Cotton Climbs To Three-Week Highs

Cotton climbs to Three-week highs: Bulls may be finally gaining the upper hand in Cotton futures as a near-term bottom may be in place. Since posting contract lows of 5120 in the December contract, Cotton has rallied nearly 400 points, on concerns that hot dry weather in the main growing regions of Texas may spread further east. Earlier this week, the USDA reported 31% of the U.S. Cotton crop is in poor to very poor condition, up 2% from last week. 40% of the crop was rated in good to excellent, down nearly 20% from last year.
