Soft Dollar Yesterday Affected By The Poor Performing Dow

The Dollar was soft yesterday, falling mildly against both the Pound and Euro after comments from the European Central Bank president implied rising Euro rates. The Dollar's troubles were also negatively affected by a poor performing Dow, which fell on a combination of inflation concerns and poor results from GM.
